Early registration (on or before May 8, 2015): $450
Late registration (May 9 – May 23, 2015): $500
The registration fee covers all four days of the conference (Monday-Thursday), continental breakfasts, lunches, and refreshments, as well as the Tuesday poster reception and Wednesday evening banquet dinner. Additional banquet tickets for guests are available for $110 each.
Registration payments must be made in US dollars. We accept credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), check, wire transfer or Indiana University internal billing as payment.
Sponsors and scholarship recipients should contact the conference organizing committee for the correct promo code to use on the registration form.
Cancellation requests must be received in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than May 8, 2015 to be eligible for a refund, less a US$25 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after that date, although you may substitute another person for your registration.

Workshops and Tutorials
Monday workshops and tutorials are included as part of the conference registration fee, but separate sign up is required. Once you have registered for the OR2015 conference, you may sign up for workshops and tutorials using the online signup form available on the Workshops and Tutorials page.
If you require a letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa to travel to the United States, please contact the Conference Organizers with the following information: Legal (given) name, legal home address, place/date of birth, source of funding, and name/email of contact at US embassy (if available). Letters of invitation can only be provided once a participant has registered and paid in full.
